"St George's first used a Jupiter system in 1994 and recently made our 3rd upgrade, to the Enterprise Edition. An intuitive interface and the ability to access the database with Windows software were the first attractions and remain at the forefront today. Compared to other suppliers we have used, there have always been sufficient staff on the end of the support line to take calls at the time but the main reason that I would not look elsewhere is that on three occasions, in the last 10 years, that we have had a system failure, Jupiter have had us up and running within 4 hours, even when the server at our hospital that hosts a 24 hour emergency clinic failed at 8.30 in the evening! The latest Enterprise Edition has taken the software to a new level. We have robust, reliable communications and accounting procedures over 4 branch surgeries and we are finding the "always on" Internet access is becoming invaluable"
